Positive Review by Just someone in the play.... on April 11, 2006 writes:
I can't wait for this play, it is going to be awesome. I think Mrs. Renicks cast this play very well. Erin is a grrrrreat Dorothy! Jameson is PERFECT for the role of Scarecrow. Joey is hilarious, he makes me laugh all the time, and Elliot is great, he just really makes his character come to life. Everyone is doing a great job. I am so excited. I love everyone in this play, they are great!

Judy...this show looks outstanding...you have out done yourself more than ever...!

Nuetral Review by on April 30, 2006 writes:
I saw the play this weekend and i thought it was a very good show. It looked amazing. The costumes were increadible and all of the cast members really looked the part. My only problem was the weakness of the musical numbers. The cast was amazing at acting and looked perfect, but not everyone's voice was up to where it should be for the role. Besides most of the music, the play was be great, but when you are performing a very well known show, you should be sure that the singing is strong.

Positive Review by Michael Manos (one of the tree's) on April 30, 2006 writes:
Great job everyone! I cant wait for Music man (yes I already put something in the music man review)... I hope EVERYONE from this show goes to try out (or else...) {grrr...} see you at auditions!

Positive Review by Sound Guy on April 30, 2006 writes:
Three words...best show ever. Renicks, you continue to astound and amaze me. Not to take anything away from any other TCT production, but this show was by far the best yet. I honestly think it was cast perfectly and they executed the script flawlessly. The principal roles were a perfect fit for their personality. The supporting cast were great and I enjoyed Landon and Elaine play all their roles. The crew was a joy to work with and I have never had a group of kids come together so well on any show, nevermind a show this technical. This is one of the few shows I will miss not being there. Bravo, bravo, bravo. "But I hardly know him!"

Positive Review by Ms. Beth on May 01, 2006 writes:
I just wanted to let you all know how much I enjoyed working with ALL of you during rehearsals and backstage. It is rare to get so many people in one group and not have any major conflicts. You all were very professional and dedicated to the show. It showed by the faces of the audience as I sat and watched each night. The audience was hooked starting from the top of the show. Thank you TCT for a wonderful opportunity!

Positive Review by Judy Holland on May 01, 2006 writes:
I want to take a moment and thank everyone for all the help to make this show a success. All the children did a great job and put their all into it. Elizabeth did a fantastic job both as director and coordinator for TCT. I am proud to have worked with her once again. Benny Russell, Mary Katherine Perkins, Kiim Young, David Jones, Charles Drucker, Cindy Wilson, Carol Avery, and Marshall Renicks thank you for all your hard work and long hours. A special thank you to the many wonderful parents and cast who worked with me to create the costumes for this show. We spent many nights at Faye's Fabrics eating cake and sewing monkies. Thank you also to everyone on the TCT board for all your hard work and dedication to the children of Tuscaloosa. Every cast member should pat themselves on the back for a job well done. This show will always be special to me as will everyone associated with it.

To everyone else who helped to get this show up and running, you are truly appreciated. Joey, Elliot, Jameson-yall were fabulous. WOW!!!! What can I say? This was one of the Best shows that I have ever been a part of. Mrs. Elizabeth and Mrs. Judy, it is always such a joy and so much fun to work with you. You both have taught me so much. Thank you!! Mr. Benny, what would we do without you? Mrs. Beth, thank you for putting up with us hour after hour in the dance "studio". I really enjoyed the dances! Thank you all for all of your hard work! Joey, Jamison, Elliot, Erin, Karen and Landon, (and Toto, too) I had the best time being in Kansas with you guys. Thanks for all the great times. Erin, every time you sang "Over the Rainbow" was gorgeous. Amy~ I am so glad that we were able to be on stage together. You are AMAZING! Poppies/Beautitians/Manicurists, you guys were a blast to dance with. Alexandra, Sarah and Courtney, it was so much fun being goofy with y'all. We got our dance right!!!!! Yea! To all of my little munchkins: y'all did such a good job! You are so cute! To the crew: Thank you for not killing me in the castle. I really had fun riding around in that thing. Mary Katherine, Kathryn and Kelsey: we could not have had a show without you guys. Thank you! You are greatly appreciated. I will miss all of you immensely, and I can't wait until I get to see you again!
